Consultations are available by email or phone, giving you practical, compassionate advice tailored to your cat’s unique situation.No pressure, no video calls — just the support you need, in the format that works best for you.Note: Email consultations are not suitable for aggression-related issues or severe behavioral concerns. Phone consultations are recommended for more complex cases.
How It Works
* You fill out a short intake form. This gives me the key info I need about your cat, your home setup, and the issue you're facing.* I send a detailed behavior report. A thorough, customized behavior analysis and action plan delivered straight to your inbox. Includes handouts or resources when appropriate.
Response time: 2–3 business days.* Follow-up support.
- For email consultations, you can request one follow-up email within 10 days to check progress or troubleshoot any lingering issues (optional add-on).
- For phone consultations, a 15-minute follow-up call is included at no extra charge to ensure you’re on track.
